La Cantera Country Fest is the controller of the data sent to canteracountryfest@gmail.com.

• Messages you send us by email: your name, email address and the content of your message, to answer you.
• Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits anonymously, without cookies and without identifying you.

This website does not have forms, user accounts or advertising trackers.

Tickets are bought on an external ticketing platform, which processes your purchase data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. The Organiser receives the attendee data needed to manage access to the Festival.

We answer your messages on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying, and keep them for as long as needed to deal with your request. Attendee data is kept for the duration of the Festival and the legal periods that apply afterwards.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to canteracountryfest@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
